Last Updated: 1 February 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sarisha‑B.com ("we," "us," "our," or "Sarisha B") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit sarisha-b.com (the "Site"). We are an independent artist website and keep data practices proportionate and easy to understand.

Contact: contact@sarisha-b.com

1) Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related communications. It does not apply to third‑party platforms and services (for example: Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, ticketing sites, or merchandise stores) that you may access through links or embedded players. Those services have their own privacy policies.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from third parties (primarily through embedded media and external links).

A. Information You Provide
  • Contact details (such as name and email address) if you email us or use a contact form.

  • Message content (what you write and any attachments).

  • Promotions/contests (if offered in the future): details needed to run the promotion (for example, an age bracket and shipping address for prizes). We will describe what is required at the time of entry.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Cookies/Logs)

When you visit the Site, we (and vendors acting on our behalf) may automatically collect:

  • Device and technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, operating system).

  • Usage data (pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referring/exit pages).

  • Approximate location derived from IP address (city-level may be inferred by analytics depending on configuration).

  • Cookie identifiers and similar technologies (see Section 6).

C. Third‑Party Data via Embedded Players

Our pages may include embedded players (e.g., Spotify/YouTube/TikTok). Embedded services may collect information about your device and activity (including via cookies) according to their own policies, depending on your settings and whether you’re logged in.

3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate and improve the Site (including understanding what pages/content people use).

  • Respond to your messages and provide support.

  • Maintain security and prevent spam/fraud/abuse.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not use visitor data to support a major record label affiliate marketing ecosystem.

4) How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed:

A. Service Providers

We may share information with vendors who help operate the Site (e.g., hosting, security, analytics). They may use personal information only to provide services to us.

B. Merch & Ticket Providers (Future)

If we add merch and ticket links, purchases will typically happen on third‑party stores or ticketing platforms. Those providers will collect payment and order information under their own privacy policies.

C. Legal & Safety

We may disclose information to comply with law/legal process or to protect rights, safety, and security (including investigating fraud or abuse).

D. Business Transfers

If we restructure or transfer assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

E. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

5) Communications

We do not currently operate a newsletter tool. If you email us, we use your email address to respond. If we add promotional emails in the future, we will update this Policy and provide clear opt‑out options.

6) Cookies, Google Analytics (GA4) & Your Choices
A. Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site (for example: pages visited, general navigation patterns, and performance).

Important: We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics.

B. GA4 Cookies (Typical Defaults)

GA4 may set first‑party cookies such as:

  • _ga (typically expires after 2 years) – used to distinguish users.

  • _ga_<container-id> (typically expires after 2 years) – used to persist session state.

Your browser may limit cookie lifespans depending on settings and platform rules.

C. Cookie Banner & Consent

We use a consent banner (Usercentrics for Wix) to give you choices about non‑essential cookies such as analytics. Where required by law, analytics cookies are not set and GA4 is not loaded until you consent.

D. How to Control Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not function properly if you block all cookies.

E. Opt‑Out of Google Analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s opt‑out browser add‑on (where available).

7) Embedded Player Disclosure

Some pages include embedded media players (e.g., Spotify/YouTube/TikTok). These third parties may set cookies or collect device/usage data when the embed loads or when you interact with it, depending on their settings and your logged‑in status.

8) Children / Young Fans

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above (such as responding to you, maintaining the Site, complying with law, and resolving disputes).

10) Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website can guarantee absolute security.

11) International Visitors & Processing

Our Site and service providers (including analytics) may process information in countries other than where you live.

12) Your Rights (Depending on Where You Live)

Your privacy rights vary by location. You may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, depending on applicable law. To submit a request, email us at contact@sarisha-b.com with the subject line ‘Privacy Request.’ We may need to verify your request before completing it.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the ‘Last Updated’ date above.
